Hi Boniface,

I would have said something like "By meeting properly defined and 
user-derived requirements, an atmosphere is created where user 
satisfaction with the specific application is made possible". I've been 
in situations in the past where a sound application has had low user 
satisfaction because of other factors outside of that application, but 
within the workplace. Holistic/environmental design picks up on some of 
this stuff, but has the annoying habit of referring to them as 
"external". To the at-work end user, nothing is external from the moment 
they walk through the front door until the time they go home. Is it the 
designer's fault? No. Does it affect user satisfaction with the 
application under review? You bet. :)
