looking for a skilled UI/ interface designer 
with the following traits:

a) Has worked in designing web-based interfaces
for tools, information systems, media devices
(and has samples to show)

b) Has a unique, clean, minimalist, 
cutting-edge design style

c) Understands and applies sound usability 
engineering principles

c) Can work online via the Internet


Project: The assignment involves doing a complete 
redesign of a real-time collaboration technology
interface which integrates most Web conferencing 
features (audio, video, whiteboard, text chat, polls,
etc.)
