Anyways, what's been done is using techniques known as Shadow Domains
with Doorway pages. They are pages tailored to be accessed by
searchbots only. People who manually go there will be routed by
JavaScript, but search engines will not.

Search Google for "konferansehotell i oslo" and you'll get at no. 1:

 konferansehotell i oslo, Radisson SAS Hoteller i Oslo.

and hence using the JavaScript redirecting is cheating the system;
what you searched for is only a proxy for something else, and this
something else is decided by someone NOT Google. So if you search for
"radissonsas com phrase" and remove the 'www's, you're left with
