I personally wouldn't give it a name. I don't think we should ever run
into this, if both are equally valid, let the user decide. If we were
going to give it a name, something to the effect of Arbitrary Hierarchy
Imposed by the Information Architect (or Ahi-IA ah-hee-eye-ay for
short) would be appropriate ;)
