Could you elaborate more on the ASP.NET issues you've experienced?  I've
just had a presentation on this from one of our developers and I'd like to
know more of what I can expect.  His hope was that designers could learn the
tag libraries to some extent, but I'm not sure regaining control over the
design is as simple as that. Thanks!

I am about to embark in the .NET realm here. I interact with IT alot and
currently create all of our pages in ASP. I learned over a period of 6
months to manipulate the tags I needed to use over and over, but I think
