I too was in a recent project requiring NN4 support. After
understanding the reason behind that requirement, I highlighted to
management the extra cost involved. They decided to pay for the extra.
Supporting NN4 was a pain. But those users who had no choice but to
use NN4 were glad that they were not left behind.
