Mind you, the blog page was cited by its author to demonstrate that
one could use fluid design to stick a navigation bar to the window
right border.
My reply pointed out that the navigation bar was not sticking to the
window right border as claimed.
Thus, it is beside the point whether the window width is within a
certain range when the navigation bar disappeared.

The focus of this thread, at least the part that I've participated in,
is on the implementation issues of right navigation bar. By not
reading into the thread whether right navigation bar should be used,
the feeling of frustration may subside.
