You know it takes a certain company at least three versions to get to good
enough, so give it a few more tries. :-)

Because coercion is more lucrative than than neglect, they are thinking.
A few years ago, Microsoft has actually shown a demo of a concept of
anticipating user workflow, specifically in the context of email/scheduling,
around Outlook, if I remember correctly. The flow of
info/files/schedules/etc would be "managed" by built-in intelligence that
got "smarter" the more it was used. Result? Don't get me started.:-) There
must be some review of that someplace on the web.
