Recently, I've been nipping down to the stationary store and picking up
packs of pre-perforated sheets of business cards. You know the type - ten or
a dozen business cards per sheet, you just feed it through the printer then
pop them out.

So much easier to print than 3x5 index cards. They take up less space too.
