I think "cell" is more widespread in the US as Andrés noted. "Call my mobile" can sound pretentious to Yankee ears. But I would think everyone understands the term "mobile" on a business card. Google results for either phrase are similar.

Whichever term you adopt, I think using a recognizable label is what will really count. While we probably understand h/w/f after a set of numbers intuitively, "c" might be interpreted as "company line," and back in college I remember misinterpreting a "p" number as "parents" instead of "pager."

For our main newsletter, we provide a short explanation.
	"HTML: formatted with colors, links, and images, similar to a web page. Some users may find this version easier to read or skim
	"Plain: a text-only format. Some users may find it faster to download than the HTML version"

We have received no support questions on this issue, despite having a generally non-technical audience including many retirees.
