I highly recommend:
'Jump Start Your Brain' by Doug Hall.
It has been several years since I read it and it is now missing from my
library, but it is a real fun read and has many ideas and tools for
brainstorming sessions. The only line I remember from the book, "As
education increases, creativity decreases." ...And the wildest
brainstorming technique I remember involved writing ideas on paper
airplanes and circulating them throughout the room, with each person
writing or adding an idea to a plane that lands near them.
Someone else mention Roger van Oech. He has a book 'A Whack on the Side
of the Head' that is very good too. Jump Start is very similar, just a
little thicker (more pages... more ideas).
Good Luck!!!
