Actually, it isn't me who prints them, members of development and qa
print them, or at least require them to be in a paginated view so they
can be more easily used away from the desktop.

For multiple pages, Freehand MX is the answer, especially with its nifty
Connector tool (for boxes & arrows). Flash can also do multiple
pages/screens, with progressive builds. On OS X anything that can be
printed can be saved as a PDF. Of course, I'm not going to ask why you'd
ever want to print these lovely, interactive, digital artifacts of human
intelligence, 'cause that'd be wrong.:-)
