[Sigia-l] Looking for "Information Cart" examples

I'm looking for good, bad and ugly examples of an information cart (for lack
of a better term) -- that functions primarily as a way to request
information on more products, with an email or notification sent to a
customer rep -- and acts as a place to file info away for later reference.
That is, it has to be more than just an email form or a wish-list -- I want
an area that gives me status on a product or service info request. In short,
a tracker/cart/mail-to-rep thingy.
AT&T has what looks like one, and calls it "Your Product List" here:
http://www.business.att.com/products/category.jsp?categoryid=vpn
... but I can't figure out how products end up on the list, because you
can't add them when on a Product Detail page (or on any other pages that I
can find. I'm wondering if it's populated post-login, but I can't find the
way in.
Any examples would be appreciated. Even bad ones, because then I can kick
their tires and improve the one I'm working on.
Thanks,
Melissa
