Largely true, but the example was as said illustrating an angle to
Instructive Interaction. Eg. as Listera wrote earlier:

The interesting part of this area is how to integrate the instruction.
Interesting that you mention the Win 95 click me - first time I saw it I
thought it was a virus as well...looked like too much of an afterthought...
