It seems we have a different understanding of the term. I prefer a full
spice rack (IA) instead of pre-mixed spice pouches (KM). KM is normative. It
can be trivializing like "culture creation" at the dotcom companies or a
double-edge sword like the "IBM culture," perhaps good for IBM shareholders
in the short/medium run but ultimately destructive in the long-run for both
IBM and the industry. To me, KM is the CliffsNotes of IA.
