[Sigia-l] Intranet survey questions

Hi, 

I have an opportunity to submit a survey to an organization who we're 
redesigning an Intranet for. Was wondering if any of you have had 
experience with this or would like to suggest some questions that we 
should definitely ask. As far as I know we are able to do any type of 
question including open ended, multiple choice and matrix. My goal is to 
get actionable feedback. Will publish complete list of questions to list.
