Thanks for all the suggestions. We are constrained in that we can't
change the way the form works, and we can't "touch" the form either (use
a layer, any kind of javascript or add any html to it. We can't
reference it with a <label> element either because the form is not in
the same HTML frame as the help text. (Or can we?)). The help text is
separate from the form, almost as if it was printed on paper. I'm going
with something like "Click the circle next to the name".
