We went the other way and took all our job titles off our cards. Now I am
what I say I am and then I have to prove it. Also allows me to not be
pre-judged and be more flexible within any project.

Job titles are not a source of power - they are a way to help management put
you in a box and nail down the lid [hint of cynicism]
