[Sigia-l] Programming IAs was: Little things an IA MUST know/do

I would put it this way. If you do have an intimacy with the medium that
a programmer has, it can only help make your visual, structural, and
behavioral design that much better. Imagine a painter who doesn't
understand the difference between acrylics vs. oils, or about different
canvas textures. In the end Visio (et. al.) is not our canvas, but
rather the combination of CPU, output devices, input devices, software
that runs all the above and the human beings who use the system within a
larger cultural construct which we also need to understand as much as
the programming environment.
