I'll second Christina's comments here. Probably no one is more accutely
aware of B&A's flaws than B&A's own staff. I know there's things I'd
dearly like to change.

But being a volunteer effort, there's only so many hours in the day that
can be given to it, especially since the staff has both day jobs and
lives.

Unfortunately, as Christina's said, a lot more people are interested in
complaining than in helping. For example, we got lots of complaints about
using pxs instead of ems. (Why we'd do that? Because we were doing
all-night coding to meet the launch date and never got a chance to switch
over.) But for all the people who've complained, not one has ever offered
to go into the stylesheet and help fix it for us.

As Christina said, we do welcome specific and _constructive_ feedback, and
we've been keeping a list of things to look at as we get time to make
improvements. In the meantime, the staff is working hard come up with
articles that hopefully will make a difference.
