[Sigia-l] Redesign IA at discount?

Hello,

I'm an Italian information designer. I'm actually busy on a site redesign
project for a big Italian Company.

I would apply a combined method of bottom-up and top-down approach.
But I have few time to elaborate the deliverables. I have read in Boxes and
Arrows about the redesign case of Peoplesoft.com, but that project required
a lot of time.

So I'm interesting to know if there is - as Discount Usability - a sort of
Discount Bottom-up method to have acceptable results in a short time.
Did someone ever face a similar challenge?
Can you indicate me resources about?
