You only have to do it once for the person receiving your mail. The
idea is to screen out SPAMs which are typically sent by machines, not
humans.

Yesterday I read on Wall Street Journal about the new product Metador.
Like Spam Arrest, Metador will send you a message. But it is a
questioning message which you have to reply with a simple answer.
Unless you reply with the correct answer, your messages will be
treated as SPAMs. After providing the correct answer, all your
subsequent messages will be treated as regular email.

I suspect more people will use those SPAM blockers. Can this list can
be configured to not trigger those questioning messages?
