Um... the list instructions 
(<http://mail.asis.org/mailman/listinfo/sigia-l> and in every 
message) say to post to <sigia-l at asis.org>.

The other address is used to _send_ messages to the list, but I'm not 
sure how frequently it's checked for _received_ messages. That might 
be why messages sent to it get lost.
