Does anyone know of any research related to the effectiveness of "rate this
article"?

I have used the demo of opinionlab in the past and was pleased with the
participation.

We have a business group pushing for this type of measurement, but I am not
totally convinced that the data is always totally reliable.

Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.
