Or the adjective. That's how I read it.
User Engineering = "Engineering FOR the User"
I think jumping all over IBM for terminology you might not have chosen
yourself is pretty useless. The IBM team may not be members of our club,
but that doesn't necessarily detract from the importance or quality of
their work.
