Yes, I have used the Reset button ... the form, unlike most, is started
with some information already loaded (ie. not blank like most forms), and
the form included some javascript which did things depending on the
content of the form fields.
I've also used it on regular default=blank no-javascript forms ... when
I've used the back button after submitting one entry and needing to
submit another entry, and then another, and another. In this case the
Reset=Clear functionality is what I wanted.
