Thought I'd share this tidbit of irony...
I recently went to the Vividence website (http://www.vividence.com) and
found a whitepaper to download. I was asked to register my information
before getting the document (a common trade-off), and I did so. The
registration page only had this to say:
"Complete this form now to access the Vividence Approach and Methodology
white paper. This paper by the Vividence research team describes in detail
Vividence's approach to improving online customer experience. For immediate
assistance, please contact us toll-free at (877) 485-0630. "
So, I submitted my information which delivered me to a download page. It
had this to say:
"Thank you! A Vividence representative will contact you shortly to discuss
your Customer Experience needs."
I chuckled a bit about a front runner in matters of customer experience
failing to tell me they would call me if I registered to get the
whitepaper... :)
