Personally, I don't think there's any question that the find/do criteria is
incomplete. Nonetheless, I do find it useful when trying to wrap my head
around questions such as:
- what skills will be required to successfully complete the project?
- who should be involved in the project, and at what point?
- which IA deliverables will be most useful for a specific project?
Newton's Second Law may have been proven wrong in the long run, but for
quite a while it was an invaluable tool for understanding the universe.
