Dear All

We are currently redeveloping our Departmental website and we are up to the
stage of engaging graphic designers.  Could any of you direct me to URL's
which:

- make clever use of colour and text especially when moving between key
issue subsites
- are elegant and clean 
- modern (no old fashioned 3D looking tabs thanks)
- not many graphics
- funky(ish)
