I did a search on NLM's LocatorPlus using advanced search:
atlases as MeSH Subjects
AND
injections as MeSH Subjects
17 items were returned including Atlas of Pain Management Injections
Techniques by Waldman.
A book review of the 2000 edition (there's apparently a 2007 edition coming
out) at www.anesthesia-analgesia.org/cgi/content/full/92/1/284
says the text is divided into eight sections:
Head and Neck, Shoulder
Elbow and Forearm
Wrist and Hand
Chest Wall
Trunk, Back, and Abdomen
Hip and Pelvis
Knee and Lower Extremity
Ankle and Foot
Of course, this isn't all injections and not a standard.
Maybe other atlases can be used for neural therapy, spine injections, etc.
The first item returned by Locatorplus search might be promising:
Atlas of image-guided intervention in regional anesthesia and pain medicine
by Rathmell.
A PubMed citation 16857554 gives Rathmell's e-mail address
