My D Phil supervisor at the University of Pretoria inSouth Africa, Dr. Retha Snyman, has reviewed thispart of my thesis and approved has its use, so it is nowavailable.The section is ten pages long.  It tracks the development of authority control from the Bodleian Library at Oxford University in 1602.
