I am currently completing my disseration research, and need some help
with the final stage of data collection.

I've developed a protocol describing the application of bioinformatics
analysis to the problem of functionally analyzing a gene sequence. For the
final stage of data collection, I'm looking for people to evaluate the
protocol.

Potential participants should be familiar with the process of applying
bioinformatics analysis to the task of functionally analyzing a gene
sequence. Participation would involve taking 5-10 minutes to complete a
brief web-based questionnaire evaluating the protocol that I have developed.

My request for help is two-fold. Would you be able to complete the
evaluation of the protocol? And, would you be able to recommend
any further individuals or research groups who might be able to serve as
participants in this study? If so, could you forward their contact
information to me, or refer them to the study web site.

For further information on the study, or to complete the evaluation, please
see the project web site at
http://www.fis.utoronto.ca/PhD/bartlett/Misc/Intro2.htm

Please contact me if you have any questions, concerns or comments about
this research. Thank you very much.
