[Sig-l] Quarterly SIG Cabinet Meeting

Hi,

I would like to thank all the people who showed up for the meeting
yesterday!  Wonderful attendance!!

All this information I will be putting up on the wiki.


I got in contact with Lynn Westbrook, lynnwest at ischool.utexas.edu, and she
said that the chairs will not be evaluating/taking into consideration if a
panel or poster is connected to a SIG/SIGs this year, but she is more than
willing to work with any panel or poster that would like pre-evaluation
before submission.  She will help you evaluate the quality of the
panel/poster and how well it relates to the Annual Meeting theme.  Just
send her an email.

kathryn.labarre at gmail.com, and I are also willing to help in any way with
setting up contacts and pre-evaluating of panels or posters.
