-Audrey Gorman of Access for All, former Director of the American Library
Association's Roads to Learning Initiative, will provide an overview of
diversity, people with disabilities (PWDs) and customer service.
-Libraries want to provide the best possible service to all patrons, but
many librarians are unsure about how to assist people with disabilities and
other underserved groups.
-This Webcast will provide comprehensive information about diversity,
PWDs and customer service and help libraries integrate these issues into
their daily practices.
There is no charge to view this program, but you must have the latest
version of RealPlayer installed on your PC. Directions for downloading
RealPlayer will be sent to you via e-mail with the URL for the Webcast.
