[Eurchap] Third Call: ASIST ProQuest Doctoral Dissertation Award Nominations

Dear Deans, Directors, school leaders, and asis-lers:

ASIST ProQuest Doctoral Dissertation Award is currently calling for
nominations (3rd call). Please encourage your recent Ph.D graduates to enter
the competition. There is NO limit on the number of entries from a
particular school.

Participation is limited to those who have completed their doctorates since
May of 2015 and it is NOT restricted to ASIS&T members. Dissertations
submitted shall fall within the scope of information science, including, but
not limited to, the scope of JASIST: "the production, discovery, recording,
storage, representation, retrieval, presentation, manipulation,
dissemination, use, and evaluation of information and on the tools and
techniques associated with these processes". The nomination package shall
consist of the entire dissertation, and a letter of endorsement from the
nominee's dissertation advisor.
