I personally agree with the names you suggested.

The oral history exercise in principle includes both the video recording 
and a transcript of the interview.

In any case contact should be made with Prof. Williams in order to make 
an agreement regarding both the people and the process.

My understanding is that the interviews and transcript can be in the 
native language of the person if s/he feels more comfortable like this; 
however a translation into English of the transcript should be provided 
as soon as possible.
