Dear Chapter leaders:
It has been six months since the ASIS&T Annual Meeting and I am happy to
report that Chapters are going strong! I have counted more than 60 events
sponsored by ASIS&T regional and student chapters in this time. The list of
these chapter events is provided below--please scan through them and
consider if such an event would work in your area! If you threw a fabulous
event, but it is not represented here, please email me! I would love to hear
about all the work that you have been doing to encourage activity in your
chapters.
I would also like to take this opportunity to encourage you to do two
things: 1) apply for the chapter development fund (
http://www.asist.org/Chapters/chapterdevfundform.html) and 2) consider
hosting a webinar. Please feel free to email me regarding details for
either of these options!
Best,
Cassidy Sugimoto, Chapter Assembly Director
