[Asistregional] First ASIST Regional Meeting in 2016

Michael,
I like the plan and the timing. The SIG/s that you get involved might be
able to also put in some funds to allow maybe more students to come with a
reduced registration (or even free). Do you think that is a reasonable
idea?
