[Asist-announce] ASIST Board approves new "hardship" membership

Effective immediately, in response to the current economic climate, ASIS&T
is offering a lower membership rate to renewing regular members who are
currently experiencing financial difficulties. 

Regular members can renew their membership at the rate of $40 with all
benefits for one year if they are earning less than $20,000 per year.

Benefits include all regular member benefits, with electronic access to the
Digital Library.  Regular members renewing under this new policy may elect
to continue receiving print JASIST for an additional $25.
