Do you approve the establishment of a Category D Liaison with TC46?

*Description*
SHORT TURN-AROUND BALLOT



The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN)
submitted in January 2012 a request to establish category D liaison with
the ISO/TC 46 Information and documentation committee.



With a Category D Liaison, the organization is expected to make a
technical contribution to and participate actively in the work of a
working group. The main interest of ICANN in having this liaison is to
facilitate participation in ISO/TC 46/WG 2 Coding of country names and
related entities.



NISO as the U.S. TC46 TAG Administrator must recommend to ANSI whether
to approve this liaison or not.



The ICANN request with some background on the organization and their
interest in the liaison is available for download from the ballot
webpage or the link included in the ballot announcement e-mail.
