i also  added that we support the comments provided by Auto-Graphics:


Unclear what the advantages are to this approach; how it differs from 
existing identifiers, how (or if) it will be assigned to existing 
objects, whether object ownership plays a role in assignment, etc.

Also appears that yet another bureaucracy will be created (Registration 
Authority) which will bring along its own overhead, fee structure, etc.

This standard leaves too many questions unanswered.
