[Asis-standards] Recent note with comments on NO vote on FDIS 17024

I just sent out a note out with a draft of some proposed comments on FDIS17024 but the ASIST listserv held it for having a suspecious header. I approved it since I'm the moderator of the list but I'm never sure if they actually go out after I approve them since the list doesn't send mea copy. So if you didnt get it (assuming you get this message) let me know and I'll send it out again
