[Asis-standards] vote on ISO New Work Item

i remember that - i believe i replied  the sequencing was to keep the old version as a valid standard while the new one was being developed. ISO (and NISO) standards have to be reaffirmed on ( i think its 5 years at least for NISO - maybe 10 for iSO) or they automatically are withdrawn
