SIGIR 2009 is pleased to announce that Google is sponsoring two female  
PhD students' travel and registration costs.  For application

SIGIR is the major international forum for the presentation of new  
research results and the demonstration of new systems and techniques  
in the broad field of information retrieval. SIGIR 2009 will be held  
July 19-23 in Boston, Massachusetts, at the Sheraton Boston Hotel and  
at Northeastern University.  Program and registration information is  
available at http://sigir2009.org.  Early registration ends on May 24th.
