Call for Papers: Digital Documents: Content and Communication
This will be the 15^th year in which the Hawaii International Conference
on System Sciences has included a major focus on the topic of content
and communication through Digital Media. This Track provides a unique
forum for this interdisciplinary topic in bringing together research
from computer science, information science, linguistics and information
systems, as well as other disciplines.
The Track is made up of seven Minitracks and researchers are invited to
submit electronic versions of their papers directly to the Chair(s) of
the appropriate Minitrack(s). The Minitracks are:
Digital Divide/s and Inclusion/s
Classification of Digital Documents
Information Access & Retrieval: The Web, Users, and HCI
Knowledge Discovery for Rapid Response
Persistent Conversation: Perspectives from Research and Design
Sociatl Spaces: Production and Consumption of Goods in Digital Collectives
Urban Computing: The City as a Living Lab
