Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to learn about an incredible topic
at a historic and extraordinary venue!

Please join PVC ASIS&T and DC/SLA for a wonderful lunch at the Supreme
Court Building as ALLISON DRUIN and ANN WEEKS of the University of Maryland
College of Library and Information Studies present the technical challenges
of an informative and educational digital library--specifically the
technical evolution, difficulties, and successes of the International
Children's Digital Library (ICDL) project.

You'll also have the opportunity to meet the newest Head Librarian,
JUDITH GASKELL, recently appointed as the 10th librarian to the country's
highest court, who has graciously offered to sponsor this fantastic event.
Prior to being named for a position with the Court, she served 20 years
as director of DePaul's Rinn Law Library in Chicago, worked at the
University Of Chicago Law Library, and has library and law degrees.
