As a knowledge manager  you will ensure  reliable data and systems to
support the company's strategic and tactical sales and marketing efforts.
This position supports the  Corporate Sales support function.  The Manager
has two direct reports and eleven staff in total and will work with
leadership, cross-functional, and global teams.  To fulfill this role, the
Manager will:

*  Manage US client information business processes and supporting systems 
*  Manage US client data
*  Produce analyses that support effective business decisions
*  Support  global client information systems and initiatives.

*  10 or more years of steady growth in responsibility, and 4 or more years
leading a team and business operations for enterprise solutions
*  Master's degree in information science, business, or marketing required
*  Proven leadership skills: ability to manage, motivate, and mentor staff;
works effectively with all levels of organization; uses facilitative skills
to lead teams to effective solutions and resolve conflicts
*  Superior analytical and strategic planning skills
*  Excellent project leadership skills
*  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including probing and
listening skills and ability to present complex data with clarity
*	Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure
and adapting easily to changing priorities.
