[Students-l] Student chapters reports and "secret" student party in Montreal

Dear ASIST student chapter members and advisors,

Each student chapter is expected to submit an annual report to ASIST. There are two deadlines for this: July 1 if you want to be considered for the best student chapter award, and October 30 for everyone else. In other words, if you did not already submit your chapter report, please do so by October 30th by following this link to submit the report: http://www.softconf.com/asist2/StudChapYear/cgi-bin/scmd.cgi?scmd=basicSubmit

On a different note, to all the students - please mark your calendar for a clandestine student party on Sunday night - Nov. 3 - at upcoming ASIST annual meeting at the conference hotel in Montreal. It is by invitation only (yes, you are special!). The party will be right after the student design competition meet in [place to be announced.] Oh, and you'll need this password to enter: "cogito ergo sum"!

It will be a fun social gathering with your peers at ASIST. Some of our ASIST leaders will also be invited to join. Feel free to spread the word "secretly" to other student members of ASIST that you know! Shhhh...!!!
