Dear colleagues,

The upcoming IFIP eGov/ePart conference in Kristansand, Norway (3-6
September) includes a doctoral colloquium all day on Sunday 2 September.  As
one of the faculty for the colloquium (along with Bjoern Niehaves from
University of Muenster and Jochen Scholl from University of Washington), I

invite your doctoral students to submit an application to participate.

The colloquium is informal and interactive, offering students an excellent

opportunity to discuss their work and their questions about research and
research careers with the faculty and their fellow students.  We still have
openings for this year's colloquium and can extend the submission deadline

to 15 June.  Please let your students know about this opportunity and
