Hi all -  I am attaching something I have been mulling over for
some time, and which I mentioned earlier this year. I hope to
bring the to the Board for consideration in Charlotte. I know
this is at  the last minute, but if you have the time to take a
quick look, we can discuss further at the annual meeting of
advisors on Monday at 5pm.
